Watch Your Condition

Keeping an eye on your condition helps you notice changes early and act quickly. Having an action plan and simple ways to monitor your breathing can help you stay safe and avoid flare-ups.

Action Plans

Use a traffic light system (Red Yellow Green) to judge what to do if you start to feel less well than normal.

In particular when to escalate , take a rescue pack etc

Your GP/local health provider should provide you with an action plan. If not, here are some from ALUK.
