Being Physically Active is good for you!
We understand that being active is very important but that it can also be difficult to maintain That's why it's been a priority for us to create BENS X (for eXercise) and BENS WW (for Whezzy Walkers) as safe, affordable activities that we can all do, every week.

Regular exercise increases the strength and stamina of the muscles around your lungs and the rest of your body. As your build strength, your muscles will need less oxygen to work too, meaning you will breathe more efficiently while moving. If you have a lung condition, being active can help improve the quality of your life and help you manage your condition.

Singing is another activity that is good for you physically, mentally and socially. Village Voices is a local singing class specifically for lung health, sponsored by A+LUK.
